My favorite Starbucks. While it's one of the new locations in the area it's a quick in and out with friendly staff. It's fairly... easy to get to from the street. While the line can get long at times, I've seldom needed to wait for pick up orders which ismore efficient. The indoor and outdoor seating area is very clean. They also have two family restrooms with changing tables forthose with little ones and needle deposit boxes which is the first time I've seen it in a restroom. Read more

Brand new standalone Starbucks building in the Bay Towne Plaza. They are having their soft open this week and should show up in... the Starbucks app next week. They have limited socially distanced seating inside and a large outdoor courtyard. They seem tohave given good attention to the drive thru layout, so hopefully that will reduce car congestion/frustration. Read more
It?s really baffling to me how a company thinks it?s ok to put this much ice in a cup for $5, there was a little under 3/4 of a... cup of tea in this when I poured it into a measuring cup without the ice. That is just under 6oz of liquid in a 24oz cup. Now Iget ice is important for an ?iced? tea but this is scamming. When I ask for light ice they put maybe 1 or 2 cubes and it?s warm,when I don?t ask they fill it up to the top. There has to be some kind of reasoning for this - if they were running low on teaat the end of the day they could have suggested I get a smaller size so I didn?t spend $5 on nothing. I write this review assomeone who comes to Starbucks at least 4 times a week so the money adds up. I want to continue to spend my money here butsomething needs to change. Read more
