I wanted to write this review more to recognize the young lady (unfortunately I didn?t catch her name) working the drive thru... this morning (8/20). My six year old son has been begging for Taco Bell breakfast after he saw the commercial a couple monthsago and we finally made today. She was patient with us as a 4 and 5 year old made their decision and was kind and courteous aswe pulled up. Taco Bell on Empure is lucky to have her! Thanks for an enjoyable experience! Read more

This place gets it wrong everytime. I have a dairy allergy so I put no cheese no sour cream. they get it wrong and the crunch... wrap is falling apart. I go in and they say it's MY FAULT the order was wrong saying I had to do fresco but I wanted meat notjust tomatoes. and they remade it and it was still wrong and awful. the employees in the back are all disrespectful kids whodon't know what they are doing. wouldn't recommend coming to this place Read more
I don't frequently order from here but have always done in-store pick up as it may be one of the slowest drive-thru's in... Rochester among any fast food joints. While the food is almost always good quality their order accuracy is poor which can becountered with in-store ordering or pick up and checking the items before leaving. I'd encourage you to check your order afteryou complete the drive thru order and also avoid delivery from this location. I'd say the accuracy is around 40% for me. I'dsometimes wait in store for a few minutes before being asked if I am waiting for an order (while I'm standing in front of thepick up counter and not holding food). So while the quality of the food is good, the speed, attentiveness and accuracy of thislocation has bumped it down to the three stars I have them. Read more
My boyfriend and placed an order for 5 tacos with no lettuce and a number 4 crunch wrap meal. The 5 tacos have almost no meat in... them and the crunch wrap also has no meat at all. I did not ask for my crunch wrap to not have meat. This isnt the first timethis has happened. Really disappointing that this particular taco bell keeps messing up our orders. Read more
This might be the best Taco Bell ever. They stuff the food super full of cheese and meat. I asked for a couple of everything... with the sauces and basically got an entire box. These guys really crush. $20 feeds a family of 6 with leftovers. Read more
Honestly the service was wonderful. But there were a few things of notice that need some attention. The ice maker on top of the... soft serve cabinet is leaking out the side and the ice coming out is not appetizing so I dumped that out. Soda and nozzles we'refine. Alot of the toppings for my chalupa we're odd. Tomatoes were very old and mushy. Meat was great and portion was largerthan usual. But bread was old tasting. Read more
