This was not my best Taco Bell experience. I went in to grab a quick lunch and the staff that were working at that particular... time of the day didn't seem to be on the ball. Service was slow and they messed up my order. Cheesy gordita crunch just haslettuce and cheese toppings, but somehow mine ended up with tomatoes- this is the first time that's ever happened and wasannoying. From start to finish A+++++ Webster Taco Bell was the best. The Hispanic lady that took my order was very friendly, sweet... personable while also being professional, efficient and quick! I was impressed by her resourcefulness you go above and beyondconditions beyond her control. I ordered ice water and she went all the way to the lobby ice machine to get my ice. I asked herif they can make a iced coffee without flavor and she did it perfect, I didn?t even know Taco Bell had iced coffee! She saved mean extra trip and retained me as a loyal Webster customer. Most of all it was her friendly sunny smile that shines through theintercom despite the fact I couldn?t see her. Made my day! The lady that served me my food at the window was also very very cooland friendly too! I think it was w black glasses? She served me all my food perfectly prepared and nice and hot. Probably the worst taco bell I?ve ever ate at. No mild sauce, no small lids, no forks, EVERY table except 2 dirty. Another... customer came in asking about nacho fries and was told ?i don?t know i think they discontinued them? Customer then asked ?whyhave all the signs and them still on the menu then? and the employee simply walked away. I was searching for the meat in mycrunch wrap. I think they wanted us to leave because shortly after sitting down to eat the music was turned FULL BLAST in thedining area. I don?t typically leave reviews, but man it?s taco bell. 4 Sept '21 Seriously! CLOSED At 3:10 PM!!! ON A SATURDAY!!! First off? I love me some Taco Bell. The Hard Rd. TB Is just terrible. I had about 8 guys out working at my house today so I... thought I?d order a couple family packs for the guys! $60 worth to be exact. Look at the picture. All of them were likethis or worse. So disappointing. I understand it?s fast food but come on people. Take some pride in your work. We pay for aproduct and we got this?. Not to mention, they just threw it all 30 in a big paper bag. I come here a lot and I get the cheesy deluxe box and it?s always good well tonight on 10/9 technically morning the Doritos taco... was very stall and the food just doesn?t look good. The usual people I see where not there it was new people I think but I?m notsatisfied with this food I think I?ll be going to a different Taco Bell next time here is for everyone to see Read more
