This location has really gone down hill. We've given them 3 chances in a row --2 dine-in, 1 to-go. Overall, the experience is... horrible and now the food is disgusting too. I'll give the "worst" of each experience instead of belabor every detail. 1. Waiterputs in his headphones and never looks up for the entirety of our visit--and our order came out wrong too. 2. Waitress wasamazing, but then all of a sudden disappears. We finally get the attention of one of the 20 employees goofing off in the sectionof booths by the restroom (they literally didn't wait a table, clean, or cook for our entire hour visit). Manager finally comesout and explains that she took our waitress to do an urgent task for her--taking to-go orders. She was very understaffed.???? 3. To-go food was incredible. Wings were incredibly dry and chewy. Very obviously the wings weren't fresh. Sat on holdtwice because the manager was too busy. I simply explained the food was inedible and the manager had so much attitude and youcould tell she just wanted to be done and on to the next thing. Which, fair, I just wanted a dinner I paid for to be edible.Offered a food credit, which sure, better than nothing, but I'm certainly not visiting this location after I redeem that foodcredit. The two stars are for the staff that was hustling! The food gets Zero stars. Seriously it was awful. Some of the worst boneless... wings & chicken tenders we?ve ever had. For a place that?s 90% chicken it was really disappointing. It was my first time &probably the last time I?d eat here. I would have a drink at the bar. The staff was very nice. If the owner or someone from corporate would ever check out the men's room, they'd burn the place down and start over. Not only... is it generally unclean, it's in a constant state of disrepair. The countertop seems to be falling apart and I'll spare you thepic the rest of the bathroom. That being said, the food and kitchen is always spot on. The beers cold and tall. The staff were nice and attentive. We were there to watch a game and were happy to have us for a few hours and didn't rush us... out. They didn't have a lot of options for larger parties, like a large parties. Overall I would definitely go back, the food iswhat you would expect from any other location. Read more
I?ve visited this location a few times over the last couple of years and each visit has gotten progressively worse. In short, I... won?t be giving this place another chance and I hope this review helps steer you, the reader, towards a place more deserving ofyour time and money. During my previous visit, I received undercooked wings, that were room temperature. Understandingmistakes happen, I convinced my family to try them again. Ordered boneless wings this visit, which were tough and completelydried out. Temperature-wise, they were also room temp, no warmth whatsoever. Getting a dried out boneless wing that is rockhard yet still not hot, would lead me to believe the food was prepared far earlier and left to sit. We had wedges for sides,that were also rock hard, room temp, and had a texture like they were stale. My son ordered an Asian sauce he routinely gets atBWW locations, which we?ve both had a number of times. This visit, the sauce tasted like chemicals as if it was going rancid orhad been contaminated with something. Eyeballing a few of the other tables as we waited for our check, I noticed a couple asthey were trying to ?saw? into a piece of chicken from one of their kids? plates, commenting how hard it was. So I assume ourexperience wasn?t unique. I?ve visited numerous Buffalo Wild Wings locations over the last dozen or so years, with this one byfar being the worst. The server we had was wonderful. She was attentive and thoughtful as well as two steps a head of us. We tried the new Long... Island Legend and both of us really enjoyed it. Our server ensured that we would like the drink, prior to us ordering bybringing us a sample of Legend, which we both enjoyed. As usual, the wings were delicious! No complaints for me! The food was great and the service was fantastic. We walked in, had a great time and walked out full and... happy. The only suggestion that I would make is to increase the lighting. It was a little to dark for complete enjoyment. Iwould recommend this place my friends. Read more
Can be a bit of a noisy place on game nights with everyone cheering and whatnot, but the food is worth going. I love the... exclusive Mountain Dew Legend flavor! Sports fans are more than welcome here. Quiet people, you guys may want to think beforegoing here on big game days/nights. The plus is that it's open late. Read more
