More often then not this location is out of something. Today they are out of ice by 12:30. $3.05 for a large drink without ice... is a bit much. The price of the new steak was a surprise (kind of tough steak too) it isn?t listed anywhere. And when leavingthere wasn?t a trash can in the dining room to dispose my trash. Read more

This highly unacceptable ordered thru doordash and when i opened my food it was only guacamole and veggies. It?s obvious those... young kids don?t know how to prep orders why have doordash as an option f you crew can?t follow directions. Im reporting thisfacility to the county so they can do an inspection on this place this is so disappointing and the fact no one answers the phonejust a recording that goes on repeat. Im going to file a city complaint and imma send a alert to corporate. Read more

i ordered from the online app and they put guacamole on my order when i did not order that, i tried calling twice and it went to... voicemail. this is not the first time they have messed up my online order, be cautious when ordering from here! Read more

I love going to Chipotle and I always receive good service but today I did not. I walked in and the employees preparing the food... were so rude. I asked for what type of meat they were serving and the employee proceeded to give me attitude and just repeated?meat? instead of telling me what it was so I ended up getting a random meat. The employee next to him was rushing me and showedme so much attitude. The friend I was with was asking if an extra scoop of rice was extra and he YELLED at her saying yes. Theonly reason this isn?t a one star review is because the girl at the counter was very nice. This was July 31st at around 12.:40. I?m a fan of the chipotle chain. However, this location can?t seem to figure out how to repair their ice machine and order their... soft drinks on a consistent basis. This is the fifth time in the last month that I have gone by to pick up lunch Where therestaurant was out of ice! Also, they were out of two or three of the soft drinks in each of those five occasions. Sad. How muchcould it possibly cost to get a reliable ice machine in a restaurant? How hard can it be to order soft drinks on a regularbasis? Read more

One thing I love about this restaurant is I don?t ever have to worry about any food items missing or having to wait in line I... recommend everyone use the online ordering. It?s the fastest way and their really accurate with the time frame they give you topick up your order. Service was quick and ready as soon as I walked in. But the portion of meat was not consistent to other Chipotles. It seemed a... bit underwhelming however the quality was good. This location is worth trying however could use some improvement. The restaurantitself was clean and well maintained. Read more

3/5/2022 - walked in around 9:08PM, its now 9:29PM and I only now just paid and walked out. Only 1 customer was in-front of me.... Service was very slow because they closed the side section already (even though they close at 10:00 PM) and were processingonline orders in the main line. There were at least 5 employees in the store but, 2 were in the back cleaning the grills, 1 wason the register and the last 2 were working the line. I understand wanting to clean so you can leave and go home right atclose. But what happened to taking care of the customers that are in-front of you versus prioritizing the online orders? Theytook care of 4 or more online orders between me and the other customer that was ahead of me. It was very unorganized and Icontemplated just leaving. But this was my first meal of the day and I am really hungry. If corporate reads this, I?m nottrying to get anyone in trouble. Everyone needs a job. But taking care of customers in the store has to be the priority. Andplease, no requests for contact. You don?t have to do anything to appease 1 unhappy customer. I?ll likely still visit thislocation, but how many customers won?t come back because of experiences like this? It?s not like this location is surrounded by30+ places to eat. Read more
