Visited for distant relatives party while travelling a while back, very pricy compared to others, while the kids and cuz did... have fun and the adults could relax; I did spot a single roach by the bathroom door... Pizza is lacking for the price as well,also noticed what looks to be upper management being somewhat rude to the employees so I don't know what beef they had going onbut I think there's a biased treatment issue when trying to instigate one of them. My 5yr old recently celebrated his birthday. We booked for 5:30pm and despite the website mentioning it was ?peak? time, the... crowd wasn?t overwhelming. Our party host Leia was so helpful, she went about and beyond and made the party so stress-LESS! Shewas so attentive and processed my party so smoothly. She gave me the run down and told me what time the pizzas were coming outetc. Sarah the manager also came to introduce herself and offer her assistance. We had an absolutely amazing time! The food has definitely improved so much from when I was a kid. This is now my go to spot for... pepperoni stuff crust pizza! I live the option of being able to get a play pass, which gives you unlimited access to all games!The kids enjoyed every minute of it. I hadn't been since Covid came. I was as excited as my grandkids. I love the 1hr band. Endless games for 1 hr and it can be... paused while you eat! Very cost effective. Love the salad bar. Sit and let the kids go crazy. No worried. It was a greatbirthday party. Read more
I am upset and disappointed, I hadn?t been to chuck e cheese in a long time, probably since I was a kid and I took my kids to... the Webster,Tx area and I got charged three times when I just made a one time purchase. Not to mention that I didn?t receive thepoints for the 3 times that I was charged. Such a disappointment. I have been calling Guest Relations with not one singleanswer. I regret taking my kids to this place because whenever Chuck E. Cheese came out to dance the women( Employee) that wasdancing with him looked all wobbly or embarrassed to dance.
