Normally this dominoes does a great job, but not tonight 8/16/22. They got one of the pizzas wrong. They remade that pizza which... I went to pick up. No refund offered for my trouble. There was literally no sauce on either pizza and one of them was orderedwith extra sauce. If you are out of sauce just say so, so people can go elsewhere. I always go on Sunday but this week I wenton Tuesday. I will stick to Sundays from now on. Read more

Tonight marks the last time I order from this location. Double cheese pizza is not 2x, it?s regular cheese, it?s burned and... whoever cut it was either in a huge rush or blind and shouldn?t be cutting pizza. They have short changed us on extra cheese foryears and I?m fed up. I spent 11 years at Pizza Hut and I know the scam. When I order extra cheese from other dominos locationsit?s LOADED with cheese. Half the time our order is wrong or toppings look like someone threw them on from across the maketable. I only order from them because we?re in their delivery zone but I?d rather order from somewhere else or drive to anotherlocation for pickup. I?m done with them. Read more
Ordered delivery tonight and this is how the chicken alfredo showed up. It?s about 25% full. When I called to inform them, I was... offered that they would make it again and deliver another one. A nice gesture, but not the point. What part of the qualitychecker meter does this fall under? What a joke. Was asked if I wanted a credit for a future order. Still not the point. Maybe arefund for this item? Nope, not offered. Lots of alternatives out there. They need to stop saying someone is checking theirstuff for quality. Obviously not happening. Manager in charge tonight needed to refund up front and not act like it?s out of theordinary to do so. We ordered 2 pizzas, this one was supposed to have cheese and pepperoni. It Only had the cheese. Took an hour to get them here,... and they were cold/warm upon arrival. I called the store and they re-fired the pizza, had it here in 20 mins. I normally havepretty good experience with this store. Read more
This location is the worst Dominos in the area. Never, in the many years I have been eating Dominos, have they ever messed up as... bad as this location. They make you wait for an hour or more before they even prep the pizza at all and then when you call in toinquire about it, they just cancel the order for you. Plain and totally unbothered response by the manager Savannah when youcall up there. She just gives you one-word responses and then cancels the order. Whoever the regional manager is of thislocation should probably have their eyes on these low-star reviews since we all have relatively the same complaints. I mean, ifyou don't like your job, then please please please find a different one that has nothing to do with customer service becausethis is turning a lot of loyal Dominos customers away from this location and it is an easy fix.
