I'm an avid Firehouse customer. Been to a ton of them, and this one makes the poorest sandwiches. I've given them three chances... since I moved nearby, and then disappointed every time. They just can't seem to get it right. The quality of the sandwiches isnot the same, they don't taste as good as they're supposed to. The bread is hard, sandwich is cold when it's supposed to be hot.The customer service also isn't up to par with other locations. Read more
Typically love Firehouse Subs but had a horrible experience with an employee earlier that has pushed me away from this location... permanently. I went in earlier today with my husband after a long day of classes in the area and the lady behind the counter wasnice enough taking his order, but when I told her I only wanted a small sandwich, she continuously questioned if I knew whatsize the small was and kept confirming it, even going as far as to hold up the size of the bread for me to see. I knew what Iwas ordering and even if I hadn't, the way she handled it came across as condescending. What that employee didn't know is thatI'm on very strong medication for a chronic illness I was recently diagnosed with and my appetite has been little to nothing forthe last month. That small sandwich is all of the food I can keep down during each mealtime. I wasn't going to explain myself toher in the middle of the store and I shouldn't have to. I was too embarrassed that I had to keep confirming I knew what a smallsandwich was. Extremely insensitive and the employees need training on how they address questions about orders with customers.Not coming back to this location anytime soon. Read more
The young man in the store is in there by himself, And this during lunch time. If people don't show up to work I think the... owner should be there. He had a great Attitude and helped me with my order. Read more
The service was pretty bad, I ordered for myself and the family. And my husband didn't get what he requested because they were... out. I ordered large drinks and they were out also so we had no choice but to get small drinks. And I ordered sugar cookies andthey only had chocolate chip. The place was clean but under staffed. Even though I put in my order online it had 7 peoplewaiting in line. I felt that the service was decent, the lady communicated well but because of how much was out and how behindthey were wasn't her fault. The company should have more workers and the workers their should be able to show online whatproducts were out. I've been here before and didn't have these problems. Hopefully if I go back it will be taken care of. Iwould still recommend this place for lunch but to dine in and not order online just so that you can know what your gettingbecause I didn't receive money back, I just could get other options only. Showed up to pick up my sandwich and come to find out they had no ham at all. How does a sandwich show that has at least 6 menu... items that feature ham not have ham in stock. Absolutely insane! And to make it even better the employees can't figure out howto process a refund Read more
The bread was fabulous, perfectly toasted and light. We got the Italian sub and the tuna, both tasted good for the price The... pickle ???? was the star, make sure to get the pickle. We visited at 11am, there was a long line, three people behind thecounter, one who knew what he was doing, he was working hard while trying to help the other two. They were out of severalfillings, like tuna there was only enough for one small sandwich. We had to keep revising our order. Hopefully it's just a postCOVID supply problems. They were out of ham, which is on about half the sandwiches. The place was an absolute wreck as well! There were two spills, the... restaurant smelled dirty, the staff was completely inattentive. Terrible experience to be honest, a shame considering I enjoythe franchise typically. Read more
