4.25 stars Restaurant is a decent size. Appears to be clean. Cashier seemed to be nice. The server wasn't very talkative or... approachable or responded when stating thank you etc. Food was quick. Burger was juicy. Prices are a bit high in my opinion. Thewomen's bathroom is the only thing that I want to touch on it looks like no one has cleaned there for a long while. It was notgood makes me a bit iffy with how the other areas are that we as customers can't see. Read more

The location can be very crowded on a weekend night and I strongly recommend you remind your party to actually arrive to on... time. The staff are great and the burgers are very tasty. Everybody loves the truffle fries and the drinks are large and veryfruity. I had a shepherd's pie burger which was surprisingly delightful. Read more
Really enjoyed the food, the cashier helped me with my modifications and answered all my questions. Parmesan truffle fries were... delicious. (Side note, they have the best ice for their fountain drinks, like sonic 2.0 ice.) Only 1 downside was the sense ofdirection when you come in, we sat ourselves not knowing you have to go up to the counter first and then they give you a tableto sit at. Maybe a sign or something to get rid of confusion for first time people. The staff was super reassuring in our messup so that was really nice. Read more
It wasn't super busy when I got there, but It was just after lunch time. We ordered parmesan truffle fries, different burgers... and cookies and milk shake. Cookies and milk shake was thick with a big chunks of Oreos, which clogged up the straw, but superdelicious. I had a small burger and it was cooked perfectly and not too big where I felt like I needed to take a napimmediately. Parmesan truffle fries were delicious and I recommend eating it with the dip it comes with, but honestly it wastoo much for 2 people. It would be perfect to share with 4 people. Arrived around 130 in the afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. The staff was extremely responsive to our needs. I've been to... other locations but not this particular location. The parmesan truffle fries were on point. Unless you are brave or very hungrymake sure you get these to share. These fries were delicious and made to order. Hot and fresh. For my shake I had an Oreo shake.Delicious ????. For my burger I went for the double bacon jam burger. It was super tasty. Burger wasn't dry and flavors werepoppin. If you want a delicious burger,shake, and fries come here. I believe the service can make or break most restaurants andthe staff here was very friendly and accommodating. Read more
The stuff on the burger is great, the meat itself is just a little bland and even though we ordered it cooked medium they... definitely came out as well done. The fries are delicious and the portion size is decent. The service is wonderful, but the meatpatty itself just wasn't blow your mind amazing, ya know. The interior is super fun and seeing pics of places in Austin is cool,but again... For the price, the meat just isn't seasoned enough. Read more
