First walking in, the gentleman behind the counter was kind and patient. He took the order, right down to confirming "no... bacon" on a sandwich. However when we received the order, they put Canadian bacon on my sandwich despite the order. The mostdisappointing part is the cleanliness of the place. Most of the tables were dirty and the windows all around were disgusting.The dingy atmosphere wasn't necessary; if you're not too busy, have someone clean up a bit, it will make the place moreinviting. I like the Jack-in-the-box menu and this one is 2 blocks away, but it's more than that for me. The attitude of the worker's here... at this one is positive, light, friendly, fun. I enjoy that part, maybe the most. Read more
Ok so I?m giving three stars because NORMALLY you guys are pretty damn good at making sure everything?s there, but tonight at... 9:00 PM when it says you guys are not busy. Cmon.. I made an Uber eats order and noticed the drink was missing, then thought yaknow the guy prob forgot it but I called him and he said there wasn?t one there when he reviewed it. I never had any issues here. The owner often takes my orders and he will ask about my day. The rest of the staff is very... friendly. Food is done promptly and always correct. Read more

Ordered iced coffees and they were super gross. I understand if they were short staffed w/e the case. It wasn?t busy, we were... the only ones there and I asked if I could pay a difference to swap them for a different flavor. I was told no, and that ICOULDNT get my money back. Just horrible. Overall a good visit, a few communication issues though. Good menu selections. Men?s room needs detail cleaning. I know help is... hard to find in this season, so I understand. Take out meal was good, and as ordered. Prices are moderate. Read more
Understaffed and usually put of curly fries by Thursday/Friday. But never any service issues.
