The people who work here are ridiculously rude. 3 different encounters with the same person, just trying to pick up an online... order, and it?s always super uncomfortable and weird. My girlfriend likes it, so I always get it but jeez. Same person. Everytime. Read more
Very rude service!! This was my first time going because of a T-Mobile Tuesday special, i wanted to use my signing up rewards... and asked if she could start over so i can use the right rewards she told me she could cancel the order and i not receive athing. when I asked for the lady name she refused and threaten to call the cops and instead gave me her coworker name "Sarah."Sadly horrible first time experience. These people are very rude. 7/21/22 @3:15 pm, I was there, was not greeted whatsoever. Both employees looked mad, like they... hated there job. The man working walked to the register and just stood there and stared at me without saying a word. I orderedmy drink with extra whey protein which as a former Jamba Juice employee I know the protein fluffs up the drink creating moredrink. When the lady finished my drink she said "here" and handed me my drink. I asked for the extra smoothie, wanting theprotein I payed for and clearly seeing an extra 4+ ounces in the blender, she said "that's residue" immediatley turned away fromme and sprayed it in the sink. No "have a nice day" or nothin. I have not been to a Jamba Juice in years and was excited to gobut my mood has now changed to not ever wanting to go back. I paid $10 for a smoothie only to get less protein than I payed forand to be put in a bad mood. Will not recommend, in fact will be telling people NOT to go the this location. Read more
Went there for some smoothie bowls. They tasted great and were very pretty to just look at! On the other hand the employees... didn?t look like they knew what they were doing. They also took quite long time, compare to when I?ve gone there before. I alsodecided I would try one of the coffees? they tasted pretty horrible all around which was pretty disappointing.Though I was notthe most satisfied customer the smoothies and bowls tasted good! I ordered a small and a large of the same smoothie I was served two small , requested a large and then they proceeded to dump... the small smoothie into a large cup and add a little more to the top , not filling the entire cup. I also ordered a smoothiebowl and received juice, and the nuts on top tasted like they were rotten. No good. Read more
My drink deserves five stars but the customer service at this location is very bad the lady has an attitude and she?s just not... as well as the other ladies that I usually get. A gentleman came in he was very nice and sweet I had my points and scanned hemade a statement saying he should probably get points and she was very rude telling him he should. It?s all about tone andinteraction. I have a special needs son and she didn?t even hand us our drink she did make a point to hand the gentleman hisdrink though. she told us we can pick them up at the counter by the straws my son was eager and happy he didn?t understand buthe was gonna walk over to pick up his drink I told him just stay at the counter he had a cane and I told him don?t worry aboutit I?ll pick up our drinks.
