Not greeted at door. Lemon tart not cool was served at room temp as well as the Chocolate torte
I ordered a Caesar salad and when I opened it the cup of dressing was less than half full and yellow/rotten. I love these salads... so much and La Madeleines food in general but this is nasty and seems almost intentional because the other cup of dressing wasperfectly fine it seems. Read more

Just sitting down to have breakfast with my boyfriend. Very nice quiet place. The caramel macchiato is delicious,quiche Lorraine... delectable can hardly wait for that melt in you strawberry cinnamon roll French toast!! Definitely recommend!! Read more
I love La Madeleine, but this location on Bay Area has really dropped in quality over the years. Today was honestly the worst... food I?ve from them. The Parisian sandwich was really dry. The caesar salads got smaller and they are stingy with the dressing.The Strawberry Napoleon cake was just straight bad, the layers are supposed to be crispy, the whole thing was really soft andhardly had any custard. Not to mention they forgot 2 items in my order that i had to come back to get. Read more

My wife, toddler and I came here for the first time and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Jorge the guy at the... register was very friendly and helpful in suggesting what to have and we definitely were not disappointed. Diane the manager wasalso very friendly.
