Honestly, it's a surprise this place is even around. With every other Chinese restaurant around better than them, it's hard to... say you would spend money here. Panda Express, PF Chang's, samurai sushi and QQ Star are way better. It's not that the food wasterrible, at least for me. But it isn't that great and with all of those places within 5 minutes. The question is why would youeat here? The restaurant was probably 60° when we went in there, which made it completely uncomfortable to sit inside. And whenA child doesn't like orange chicken You know that's a problem. Also, all the fried rice is kind of mushy. The ice was out of theice machine even though there was 10 people in the building. The sweet tea tasted watered down and barely sweet. And the fortunecookies tasted stale and old. The meat wasn't bad but it wasn't that great or flavorful. I haven't been here in about 10 yearsbut I wanted just to try something different today and I realized why I haven't came back here. Read more
Food is very good to excellent , but when dining in we were served in plastic used for take out. I suggest using low carbon... impact dining ware. Also, with take out suggest plastic ware be an option as needed. This reduces waste and unnecessary expensesby restaurant Bz. Many of the area restaurants have adopted the procedures. ???? Read more
My son and I came in last Friday and we were the only customers dining in. We were not greeted or welcomed. Employees seemed... indifferent. One of their employees was chatting with a coworker in the kitchen area with his mouth full of food. The food wasserved in to-go containers; very cheaply. The food itself was mediocre at best. My teenage son who eats everything in front ofhim usually, did not even eat half of his food. I do hope they improve and bring back the hot and sour soup. This chain used to be great. We absolutely loved coming and eating. It was always high quality, but in the past few years,... they've cut serious corners, modified recipes all while raising prices, all due to "pandemic inflation". The honey searedchicken was a family favorite that now resembles McDonald's Frankenstein nuggets, with the pressed meat battered chicken pieces. It'd be one thing if they cut corners in order to keep prices where they were, but to do that while raising prices justtarnishes the quality of the brand. How?s possible they?re still serving customers out Togo plates? If you spend close to $40 for a meal for 2 people at least give... your customers some regular plates and silverware like other place, we?re almost two years on the pandemic and it?s not anexcuse for this company to treat their customers like this. Stopped in today after the lunch rush, it was still busy but not too bad. Ordered crab wontons (6), Kung Pao Beef Extra Spicy... and Korean Beef Extra Spicy. Our plates came out off the line before we even were able to get our drinks and sit down becausethe two kids were texting by the drink bar. After arguing with them to move, our plates were at the bar. Then the host comesover to tell us that they just ran out of crab wontons...at 1:00pm, really? So after options we received the egg rolls instead,terrible. The flavor was bland. Need a new supplier guys. But the food was spot on!!! Even though the portion size does seem alot smaller than it was when Pei Wei first opened and before they changed to their new menus. But we had no problems. Read more
