I was skeptical to go to this location bc of the reviews but it was just convenient. I'm glad I gave it a shot... We were... greeted by multiple people when we walked in. The two people behind the taco counter were both polite. I'm a very indecisiveperson and one suggested a special which I appreciated her doing so. The young man behind the register was also very nice and italways pleases me when I come across a young person who possesses social skills these days. Food is consistently horrible salsas goes bad after an hour it blows the tops off the cups you serve yourself in. Also you go in... ask for the same order you order every day and the price is always different. Used to love Laredo tacos but I've tried maylocations and they are all garbage. Used to make the best chicken fajita tacos now the salsa is horrible to salt alwayssomething. Red bluff and beltway used to be the best. Love you food guys get on it again please!! Read more
This is the worst Lerendo Taco I've ever been too. Every time a go in for breakfast at 8:30 am they are out of one breakfast and... are already making lunch items. When I ask them for what they are out of they refuse to.make more. Most recently I went in andwanted 2 Bacon Q tacos, which were on special and they were out of bacon. The lady making tacos said they had bacon and eggs but not bacon, then sat there with a blank stare. When I informed them that I had to go to another store 4 miles away theirresponse ways to tell.me that the Friendswood store is closer. Read more
This is my favorite all around breakfast taco. The tortillas are always fresh and delicious. There is usually a special making... it possible to get two taco under $5. I?ll be back. Read more
This place is not good at all, everything ordered is not edible! The bowl was all refried beans and mush on top, no cilantro or... sour cream was added, the plates we ordered are just as bad, the meat is questionable to say the least, chicken fajita, CaritasBravas and a Barbacoa all just bad. Ordered my breakfast tacos off of DoorDash since I was working and hungry. While waiting started reading reviews and thinking... maybe I should have done this before ordering! Received my tacos and they were fantastic!!! Order came packaged in a nice bagand with fresh salsa. Read more
I never leave reviews. But i love loredo taco. This one however is horrible unless u like raw rice and raw tortillas and stale... chips. Service is horrible as well. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat. Read more
Horrible customer service. We went inside and tried to order some nachos and quesadillas and we stood around waiting for a good... twenty minutes while our food was supposed to be made. Some higher management was there asking the managers to work on displaysand such. The manager barked at the female worker to put on her apron but didn?t say a word to the male worker who also didn?thave his apron on. The female coworker was nice enough to bring the male coworker his apron to him. But they all just stoodaround talking in the back room instead of making our food. We went to go tell them never mind but not even the cashier wouldgreet us. Ridiculous. We walked out. It?s clear that the owner or higher manager has never worked for customer service beforeand the store manager was rude barking at her employees. Gross. Read more
