We ordered a delivery order from this location. It took them over an hour to deliver this order, which was only supposed to take... 45 minutes. They then proceeded to deliver only a third of our order. We then contacted them to fix the problem, the Managersaid he would make it himself, and have to have it redelivered in 15-20 minutes. Worst service ever. After waiting an hour for our food it was incorrect. They said they were going to fix it and would deliver... the remaining portion of the order I. 15 - 20 mins. Another hour later and still no food and a refusal to make things right.Called customer service and we were put on hold for 20 mins. Not the first time this has happened either. The cashier/order taker never said anything to us. Got both our orders wrong in several ways including wrong size drinks n... missing items too. Our order sat on counter 10 minutes getting cold - they never called n said it was ready. I asked formanager, took her 10 minutes to respond. No apologies, no offer to make the order correctly. For this much money, we couldhave gone to a real restaurant with better hot food n much better service. THOROUGHLY FED UP. WON'T BE BACK. Read more
Dude, IDK what happened to this place but it?s absolute garbage. If you want to sit outside, make sure you wait by the counter... for your food because if you don?t, they just let it sit in the window and don?t bring it to you. So it goes cold. Their chipshave an extremely weird and bitter taste. Their grilled chicken is dry AF like it?s been sitting under a heat lamp for 6-8 hrs.I took a few outed and just spit it out and left. I kind of gave up on Taco Cabana because of the disgusting one in Galveston. The Bay Area Blvd one is a 180 from the one in... Galveston. As a vegan, I specifically go for the Beyond Meat tacos. The BM is always seasoned perfectly and is fresh. Evencarnivores can enjoy it. The staff was polite and efficient. The lobby was clean. Kudos to this TC. Read more
