First time dining at a Whataburger. I'm not from Texas so I had to try this local joint. I wasn't impressed. The food, service,... decor and atmosphere aren't bad, but they're not memorable either. It feels like an imitation of the big 3, except they all doit better. If your not from Texas I'd say check it out, just to say you've had it. I won't be back though. Read more
I waited 25 minutes for a cold whataburger that looked like it was compressed and to top it off the cheese looked like it just... got sliced and threw it on the burger, because the cheese wasn't melted and was cold. The Fries were the only thing decent aboutthe meal warm and crispy and well salted. I usually don't get this kind of service and this is the first time I've gottenservice like this. Read more
My weekly stop for breakfast before work. All of the drive-thru employees are friendly and the food is hot & fresh. I... particularly want to give a shout out to Ms. Sharon who is one of the newer employees and always has a genuine kindness in herdemeanor. DO NOT EAT HERE! There blue cheese bacon cheeseburger gave me food poisoning. The blue cheese tasted off! I missed a flight to... see a military friend I haven?t seen in 3 years. After feeling the worst sickness of my life. I could barely make it to mynearest urgent care. Whataburger has done NOTHING about it and there customer care/insurance company employees were extremelyrude. I will never be returning. Read more
Too bad we cant rate it at 0 stars. This location is horrible. From food to the G.m Marta Perez. So sad. Food cold on both... attempts to get it remade. G.m. wouldn't change out a salad for a burger meal when I was told I could swap the burger meal foranything I chose. G.m. argued she couldn't swap out a salad for a meal.. when the salad is $4 plus tax & meal was almost $10!!Make it make sense!! Person taking ordering drive thru kept cutting us off during order and didn't even get order correct! Friescold and chewy like rubber. Will never return to this location and you guys shouldn't waste your time at this place. Go up theroad for better service and hot fresh food as you should be getting. Big huge thank you to the 45 location that remade our foodfresh and traded that #7 for a salad as a G.m of a location should do to serve customers!! So sad even the managers at adifferent location said customers always have complaints about this location and their management. I really like Whataburger, I've been to other stores but this store very bad service
Whataburger is one of my all time favorites, just an awesome burger. And something about the ketchup...just different and... better. Customer service is always top notch in all my experiences at all locations. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a pictureof my burger, but this is the way your tray should look anyways. Read more
