I called to order pizza and Jennifer answered the phone. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza which is our favorite and she said she would... be cooking that and it would probably be about 40 min for delivery. She was absolutely wonderful. I got my pizza about 42 minafter I ordered it. I think that's the best Hawaiian pizza I have ever eaten. Kudos to Jennifer for the awesome service and bestpizza ever. Have been a very loyal customer of Caseys for years but sad to say they will no longer be our "go to" for pizza. Repeatedly we... have had mistakes with our very simple pizza orders. They try to make it right by offering free pizzas but we just want ourpizza made correctly the first time with no extra wait. Giving out free pizzas isn't going to make anyone any money in the longrun. I'm sure tonight someone else will have the same complaint as we are pretty sure we got someone else's order. Read more

It a pretty decent one. We stop there on our way through and it goes pretty well, service is fast for as long as the lines are,... friendly staff and the store is clean. Always food in the warmers which is a plus as some of them just can?t keep up it seems.The parking lot is nice and it?s easy access of the highway. They have 3 grades of fuel, but they could use more gas pumps. I?vehad to wait a few times to fuel up and that sucks. The bathrooms on my visits have been clean and stocked so I hope you get thesame. Typically I have always got good pizza's here, but for some reason my pizza tonight was awful(11/12/18). I ordered a large flat... bread veggie special w/canadian bacon- it was so soggy and the vegetables were way under cooked. Really disappointing. Butnormally I always have great pizza's. Read more
We order delivery from this location and they are always delivering well before the suggested time; I love that! Haven?t had... any issues except forgetting dips/sauces and not always reading/doing the special instructions. But they have alwaysredelivered them if we call! Read more
