Figured 3rd time a charm but nope. For having 16 people working you would think you would get excellent service instead you get... ignored and have to beg for someone to take your order. Then your told to pull around to front with the other 6 cars waiting,they want the drive thru time to look fast on computer. It is definitely not. After getting my food I asked for condiments onlyto eventually have to go in and get them. Foods cold. Service sucks. Read more
It's clean, food is exactly what you'd expect at any McD's. Cookie cutter corporate chain. It was open at 9pm. This one is all... remote order or kiosk, thankfully they employ at least one nice gal to help those like us who don't embrace the technology. Read more
Took almost 20 minutes to get a McDouble and small fries. By the time I hot them fries were cold. The front line staff is... getting yelled at by unhappy customers but I really believe it is more of a management issue... Read more
Went through drive thru 715am. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos meal. Drive thru was fast. No wait. Paid. Went to next window and... recieved what was to be expected. A Luke warm hash brown was cold to the touch. And 2 obviously microwaved burritos. Should havejust gone across the street and went into kwik star for a breakfast sandwich. Read more
Very modern McDonald's. With ordering kiosks and automated drink dispenser's. Very nice space, clean and up-to-date. Staff... seemed to be friendly and helpful. Quick/fast service. No complaints. Read more
The Webster City McDonald's has earned every bit of it's poor reviews. It was my mistake to go there. 9 pm is not a busy time... and yet it took 20 minutes to get my order. I went through drive thru. I paid and advanced to the 2nd window where theyimmediately asked for my receipt which they said they had to have. I found it strange and gave it to them. They told me to pullaround and park. 10 minutes later they came out with food. They explained that they gave my order to the previous car and had tocook everything again. But the order still was not correct. I was missing fries and a receipt. They said they already threw thereciept away and went back inside again. They returned 10 minutes later. This time with the receipt and fries. They printedanother receipt (not the original one) but it still had the time that my credit card was swiped and not the time the order wasstarted. I truly feel like they are trying to shave off the order time. The fries were fresh but only because I specificallyrequested fresh fries twice. One more thing. The McDonald's app on your phone is useless after 9:00 pm. At 8:59 it works but at9:00 pm central time everything stops working with the app. The app simply stops communicating with the restaurant. And yet McDstill posts everywhere on their in store signs and commercials about ordering anytime 24 hours per day. The kiosks inside thestore only make people go to drive thru. The design of the drive thru is poor at best. Ripping out the new kiosks would be agreat improvement. Why not? Nobody wants them and they are always broken anyways. Management and store owner are moreresponsible for the problems at this McDonald's. The line employees did not put in the kiosks or design the drive thru. It istruly sad that the gas station across the road has much better food and sevice.At least at the gas station you will get afriendly smile along with a may I help you? Read more
