Very disappointed. Such a well known brand and I felt like it was a wreck. Whole building is in desperate need of a face lift.... They were out of steak for steak and cheese. there weren't many choices from the breads and veggies. Staff gave us attitude the whole time he was making my sandwich and as... he rolled my sandwich, there were old pickles on dirty counter, and he rolled those old pickles into my sandwich. That wasunnecessary and unsanitary. I paid for the sandwich and thanked him, without him saying anything back. I went home and threw thesandwich out. So the kids have been bagging for us to eat su way for weeks and I have been tell them no because the last time we went they had... only white bread and we all got sick after we ate there, but the kids really wanted it so I decided to get them some tonight, wewent and found out that they didn't have any bread at all because someone forgot to pull bread. Come on are you kidding me youra sandwich shop and should always have bread on hand, this is not the first time we have been there and they not have any breadat all. After my not so pleasant experience a few months ago when I had to wait for 45 minutes for my online order I decided to give... them another chance. I ordered 2 cold cut combo subs and when I got them they were strictly bologna. Not a fan. Maybe the coldcut combo is not available anymore but they should change it to bologna on the sign. Read more
We went into the store at 5:30pm on Sunday July 14, 2019. When we went to order the young guy with black hair, sorta tall told... us they only had white and wheat bread nothing else. They didn't have the ingredients for certain sandwiches. My daughter askedfor white, got wheat bread....Asked her sandwich to be heated, was toasted.....Went to get some lemonade, they didn't haveanything made up for the flavored ones, also none in the soda machine. We used to love this store, but are very disappointed inthem!! We may try again, but not for a long while!!! Read more
