I wasn't too happy with this location. We ordered a big kids happy meal for my daughter only to be told they were out of the... toys for them and therefore weren't selling them. That is understandable it happens but I talked to the manager and he told meto come back the next day at a certain time and he would have toys and he would take care of us. We came back the next day andthe former manager wasn't the one we talked to this time. This one informed us no toys had came and he didn't know when theywould be in. Just wish the former manager wouldn't have told us that bc we wasted a drive. Read more

Teenagers running around everywhere. Like physically RUNNIN. screaming hollering cussing acting crazy. Just wanted to sit down... and eat with my family after not being home since 2013 (my little brothers favorite place.) And we are having to eat in the carbecause management didn't do anything about it... Kids are still in there being atrocious! Read more
Second McDonald's within 5 miles we visited that was inexplicably closed. At least this one had the decency to turn their lights... off so we didn't sit in the in drive thru for another 15 minutes. It was 7pm on a Sunday. Read more
I have seen past reviews on here, but recently I went anyways. Yes they were short staffed and drive thru apparently to be slow... a bit. That happens I'm not one to complain why? My food was made correctly and was fresh. I Have previously worked in fast foodso i understand how it feels. So everyone wants to complain about its slow or they don't answer the phone, well put yourself intheir shoes. It's hard to do everything and do it all right , we are human. We all make mistakes or can't be avaliable foreveryone every time of the day, times is hard with this covid. So keep your heads up guys and girls. Read more
This location is normally pretty good. Most of the time, the service is fast, the food is hot, and they actually evenly... distribute the burger toppings which I find is rare these days. My last trip to this location was a bit of a nightmare though- Iwas starving and in a time crunch so I chose McDonalds, and when I bit into the burger I realized it was almost completely raw.The outside appeared done/seared but the inside was uncooked. I used the McDonald?s app to send feedback. Local managementcontacted me and asked if I had contacted the restaurant directly. I said no and I think they were a little annoyed by thatbecause using the mobile app to provide feedback gets corporate involved and makes the franchise look bad. I just went with whatI found was the easiest way to provide feedback. The local management sent me a coupon for a replacement burger, which was thebare minimum in my opinion. Two would have been better since now I have to drive to this McDonald?s twice just to get one goodmeal. But For now, I?m taking a break from McDonald?s. The raw meat really upset me. Read more
