This place is gas but the lady working tonight made me lose hope in how our education system works. The cashier was the slowest... and most confused person I have ever met. She simply couldn?t understand that I wanted 2 different flavors even when I read themenu verbatim. If she could get a job here then I?m convinced this this restaurant would hire a legit 8 year old. Couldn?t order online so called in, the poor cashier was very clearly struggling as though nobody trained her on the POS,... management clearly wasn?t pulling their weight to assist the cashier, this is probably the third incident I?ve had with thisplace either closing at noon after taking my order, poor service in general, what is management doing? When ordering online, I?d add an extra 20 minutes at least to your estimated wait time. I arrived 25 minutes after I ordered... which was the end of my estimated wait window, and still waited 20+ minutes. They also didn?t include any of the sauces I paidextra for. I think the Hanley location is better. Read more
This place needs some time to be perfect, but it's great! Faith rang up my order, it came out in a timely manner, and tasted... fantastic. I've been a few times, and it seems the staff has trouble keeping up with lunch rushes. I feel like once the staffgets some time to adjust this place could be an easy five stars. Read more
What a mess. I ordered voodoo fries which came out cold, soggy, and absolutely drowned in sauce. The wings and thigh bites... were decent. There was a ranch missing from my order. It takes a lot for me to write a review this harsh but it sucks the lifeout of you when your order comes out 20 mins late and poorly bagged, along with missing sauce. I went in at 12:28pm on a saturday and ordered a simple 8 wings and fries. At 1:29pm I finally got tired of waiting in the lobby... and asked for a refund since this location has no intention of fulfilling their orders. I was denied a refund and told that theywould hang on to my receipt for "the manager" since no one in the establishment knows how to refund money that they take. Irefused because this is absolutely fraudulent. In that 60 minute period, 2 people that were there before me and waiting finallyreceived their orders, one of which returned his fries because they were cold after his 40 minute wait. So in an approximately90 minute period, 2 orders went out. 2 orders... In about an hour and a half. And they've still got my money because of arefusal of refund for services not rendered. Read more
The food at each of the Wing Stops have been really good; however, both stores (Yorksire & Fenton) just flat out suck. Orders... have been wrong and more importantly they are never even close to the time stated during the order. Order tonight was orderedat 7:20 and Door Dash is still not here (8:45). I called the store and all I got was sorry. We are backed up. This is notjust one or two times. This has been 4 of the last 5 times over 5 months. Read more
The staff were all very nice but the boneless chicken wings were mediocre at best. The meat was dry and seemed to be white... breast meat. The coating was thick and somewhat tough. I got three different flavors. The Garlic Parmesan is the only flavor Iwould rate as good. Everyone's tastes are different though. The place was clean and conveniently located with good parking butsadly the food was disappointing. Read more
