Went through drive thru and they parked me for 2 cheeseburgers and a spicy chicken sandwich. I watched 5 cars come out of drive... thru after I parked and waited a total of 10 minutes. Went in to find my order and they couldn't find the ticket so theyreprinted it and remade it but made it wrong still. My burgers were supposed to be special and they were regular my chickensandwich had an old chicken patty on it. I love McDonald's but this one they just give you whatever they feel like and don'tapologize for the mistakes. Read more
Ordered two quarter pounders with bacon and cheese, one came with no bacon and the other came with a big piece of plastic in... between the bacon and the burger. Looks like it?s a wrapper to onions. Also- they really need to clean their drive thru windows???? Read more

Slow service, nuggets were not fresh, every single table in the dining room was dirty, the garbage cans were overflowing, flies... buzzing around, the catsup packets had exploded and all stuck in a clump but when asked for different ones the employee justwalked away. Only plus is the restroom was relatively clean compared to the rest of the place. Bummer because this location hadamazing Shasta views and up updated retro-modern interior I haven't seen before. Not really my kind of place, but my granddaughter likes their happy meals. Stopped in for a dinner happy meal. All was fine.... Nothing outstanding about this visit. The store was clean and inviting. An important detail that should always be met. My lastvisit to this store garnered 5 stars. This one gets 4, mostly because this has got to be one of the cleanest McDonald's I havevisited. Read more

It?s McDonald?s and our expectations are already low right so I hate to give one star but the staff performance here was so so... bad. The guy working the front was probably challenged to a degree which I applaud companies to hiring them but even my verybasic order of coffee with cream and sugar was too difficult for him to process. The worker was very kind but lost amongst thehustle and bustle. He neglected to give me my order in proper sequence and neglected to put sugar in it. I had only come to findout because I asked for more sugar and he said he didn?t know where sugar was. So I asked him ?where is the sugar you used toput in my drink already?? He responded by saying ?oops I didn?t know I told you I put sugar in it.? A very simple task quicklybecame complicated. Read more
