There have been multiple times when I order through the app for walk in only to discover when I arrive that the doors are locked... and drive thru is the only option available. The drive thru line is is usually severely backed up and by the time I get myorder, hot coffee is warm or warm/watered down if ice coffee. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. When I try to call thestore, they don't answer the phone. There is a message saying they are busy helping costumers so to call back later.
