I go to both pit stop and fastrac for different things. I went tonight to get vape products. Fastrac is the only place I know of... in Weedsport that has em, correct me if there are others. I was there tonight and bought a few things and did some lotto. We brought our items to the counter and this lady she has red... hair, she didn?t even greet us, or thank us, or even say have a great night. She slammed the the Lotto scanner around has anasty face, was very rude. Other thing is I set my scratch off tickets to the side so they would get used to pay for anythingand then she snatches them off the counter and rings everything up together I was super upset. I frequently shop and get gas at Fastrac over other stations because of customer service, however I went to the Weedsport... location tonight and was so disappointed I didn?t even get gas and my light was on. I went in the store and asked the associateto make me pizza which I was told he was much too busy. It didn?t look like he had showered in a week and the store was a wreck.It was 3 am there were no other customers. I think it would have been more important to take 5 min to make my pizza then to losethe $100 sale since I walked out. I?m not happy Read more
