I don't expect a lot from McDonalds, but this was seriously some of the worst quality food I have ever had. All of the chicken... our group got was stale, felt like it had been sitting there for no less than 5 hours. I would seriously recommend driving abit farther to a different one. Read more

So I stop at the drive-through and put in my order, Miss ?thang? on the mic was trying to be a little rude, not knowing she was... talking to the ?rude master?. I know she knew because she told me to pull up to the first window and I did. She was nowhere tobe found. So I pulled to the second window, and there was someone there mopping. When I saw them coming with my food to thewindow , I kindly drove off. I left everything right there to let them know that they can take that food and stick it up theirbutts. Small medium and large. These folks want $15.00 hr and for what?? If y?all go to any restaurant and the attitudes arehorrible, leave the food there. Don?t pay !!!! let them eat their own food. This McDonald's does not meet the standards of service or food quality of the McDonald's franchise. Since I live locally and... have been a customer, several times a month. The customer service and the food preparation has dramatically reduced. I HAVEReceived wrong food items, Incomplete orders. Tonight was my breaking point and forced to write this review to have the Ownerstake some responsibility and review their operation standards at this location. Read more
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Rude staff, horrible service, owners are NEVER there and NEVER respond to complaints.... They'll close the lobby if it rains so they don't have to clean. Wendy's, Subway, or Texas Burger have terrific service. Doyourself a favor and avoid this McDonald's! Read more
