I had the petite sirloin and it was the most flavorful and tasty steak i’ve ever had. It paired beautifully with the parsnip... purée. I also had the pierogis for an appetizer, SO yummy. They’re alcoholic drinks are uniquely crafted and really good aswell. I also adored the atmosphere, decor is very relaxing and I LOVE all the plants and little details. We came as a group of four for Sunday brunch. We were able to make a reservation the night before which was very convenient. The... strawberry spinach flatbread was wonderful! Drinks were very good. We had an excellent experience at The Gorge Eatery! From the seasonal cocktails...a pumpkin martini and toasted marshmallow... mule...to buffalo chicken nachos...and my mushroom grilled sandwich on sourdough bread...WE WILL BE BACK!
