Absolutely fabulous brunch! Came from River Falls after church. Glad I messaged for a reservation because the place was full.... Such a quaint and cute establishment with really yummy and healthy eats. I truly keep daydreaming about the cheddar biscuits...thanks for a great meal. The Bleu Dog cafe is a hidden gem! Well worth a beautiful morning drive down to Welch for an amazing made-from-scratch... breakfast. The exterior of the building needs a little TLC, but you can tell they are investing in the right places instead -fresh locally sourced ingredients, amazing staff, and a great chef. The Bleu Dog Cafe is located in a repurposed building in Welch MN just before the Cannon River. It's a comfortable unpretentious... setting for excellent food. Between the 3 of us we ordered the Italian Hash, your basic 2 eggs with American fries & a side oflocally sourced sausage and Amazing Lemon stuffed brioche French toast covered in berry compote & whipped cream. Hidden gem! This place is SO good. Amazing food, unique menu. Worth the drive to Welch.
