First time visitor.. Not impressed. Salad was fresh, but house dressing was disgusting. I know it's a St. Louis thing, but not a... fan of all the provel cheese.. Chicken parm was cooked well, but the sauce was way too sweet.. Read more

Arcobasso?s continues to provide high-quality Italian food at a reasonable price. The house-special creamy dressing has been a... favorite for decades, and the delicious pizza stands up to any in St. Louis, including the Hill. Service was a little slow, fora 4 p.m. Wednesday, but this family-owned restaurant is a treat any day of the week. Read more

We used to be frequent diners when they started out in the Dellwood location. Whe my husband and I moved to O?Fallon and heard... they had moved to Weldon Springs we were thrilled! It was the worse food we had eaten anywhere in a long time. Their wonderfulhouse dressing was old and grainy. My husband got pasta con broccoli. Instead of the creamy, delicious dish we had expected, itwas tasteless, buttery noodles. They apparently replaced cream with milk and the Parmesan/Romano cheese was scarce, if at all.It was a milky, buttery bowl of pasta with a few specs of broccoli. Aweful! I got chicken Marsala. It is one of my favoritedishes. Although each reputable Italian restaurant has their own recipe, this was not even close to what Marsala sauce shouldbe. It was DISGUSTING!! It came with a thin, tiny piece of chicken breast, with a dark brown sickening sweet gue. It tasted likethey used dark brown sugar or molasses in it. I?ve never seen anything like it. If there was any Marsala in it, I certainlycouldn?t taste it over the dark sugar taste and buttery grease. There were about 6 tiny pieces of mushroom and a few stands ofonion (?). I asked that they hold the bell pepper for medical reasons. I had a side of broccoli that was ice cold with a hint offinely shredded Parmesan cheese. When I was opening my silverware I was stunned to see it was wrapped in two cheap little gasstation paper towels! Not even a cheap napkin?. For the high prices I expected at least good food. Obviously, they have cut waytoo many corners and raised the prices so much that we will never go back, and have told everyone we know about this horribleexperience. Go to Fratelli?s!!! They are clean, classy and have the best Italian food around. Shame on Arcabasso?s! They shouldclose it down. Read more

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile... so glad we did tonight! Food and service were terrific! We had wine and dirty... martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives. Bruschetta was fabulous. House creamy Italian dressing was very good .. apparentlyhad anchovy base, but I couldn't taste it and thought it was flavourful and mild. Bread and butter was fresh and warm. Pizzawas traditional st louis style thin crust, but with mixed mozzarella and provel cheese. My son and man had seafood ravioli andpasta Julia. Lasgnaga was very good as well. Portions were generous. Prices were very reasonable. Great atmosphere..trendyupscale, but casual and family friendly. Cheesecake and chocolate cake were not house made, but tasted very good. Overallwonderful dinner and we will be back! Read more
