Best fast food burgers around, always great in a hurry !
Brutal. Worst drive thru breakfast experience. Ordered a breakfast wrap and a coffee. It took 5 mins for my wrap and then an... additional 3 mins for my coffee for some reason. The wrap was tiny (finished it in 5 bites.) .. and it was smothered with waytoo much ketchup. The coffee was scalding hot.. could not even take a sip for another 10 mins. The AW in the seaway mall have a Horrible service, before I order the food I show her the coupon and that the way I always... bought with coupon, but she ask to scan the code and yelling to me?I need scan the code? I was shocked there because her voiceis so big and watching at me looks like she wants fight with me??of course there is no coupon can scan since the code is numberwith letter, there is other Aw outside of the mall then I go there and a young lady helping me take an order with expiredcoupon, its expired because I activated it in the mall! The A&W inside the seaway mall in the food court is the best location in Niagara. I have tried the drive thru location and... there is no comparison. It is worth the trip inside. I am celiac and this location has a dedicated fryer for gluten free frieswhich is a real treat. They do a lettuce wrap gluten free burger too. I picked dinner up to go and it was warm and fresh whenI got home. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Thanks for another fantastic experience. Read more
I have always been a big fan of A&W burgers so I had decided to try out their breakfast I must say that I was impressed with the... diner style breakfast. My eggs were cooked perfectly an my root beer paired nicely with my hashbrowns! - I'd recommend giving ita try. Read more
Gave us the wrong order .. it cost 29.64$ and they offered 3.66$ as a refund .. the food was garbage and wrong .. never again ..... they always get the order wrong at this location .. no customer service either Read more
