Service was a joke. Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Was told 45 minutes. Called at an hour and was told on the way. Half... hour later they show up with cold food and charge extra for delivery. Never again. Should have been free for the wait andinconvenience Read more

Great place and great food. My wife and I get food from here all the time and she loves their BBQ honey spare ribs. I usually... get wings and rice and it's very filling. Good portion sizes for the rice and very delicious food. They are so good they tendto get very busy at certain times of the day, so I know it's not just my wife and I who love the food but all the locals do too. Read more

Tried this place for the first time tonight being new to the area. Ordered the Pad Thai with an egg roll. The egg roll was... yummy, but the pad Thai just didn?t really have my flavour. I counted only 2 shrimp, and it was so dry that the noodles were allstuck together and it tasted like day old spaghetti. I rarely give low reviews but I just wouldn?t order the Pad Thai again. IfI do visit again I?ll try another dish next time instead. Service was fast and friendly though :) Read more

Good food but waited way to long, very disorganized system people lined up outside like cattle. 2hr wait when suggested get... food before 4pm,recieved after 6,while waiting outside we learned they called the house while we freezing outside, then calledagain at 730 to ask if we were picking up our order. Suggestion have people wait in vehicle and call cell when food is ready,works at other businesses. Read more

Although more than 2 hours after the order was to be ready, I give them 5 stars. With the mountain, literally, of food to be... made the staff did their best. The food was fresh, hot and tasty when I did return home. Being New Year' s Eve it was expectedto be beyond busy. Many customers were unimpressed and some were rude but all in all, given the circumstances I will return. Theonly suggestion to the ownership is to try to expedite things a bit differently and not overwhelm the kitchen by taking too manysame time orders. Preorders should be second only to the deliveries and then walk-ins. Beyond that, well done. Read more

Terrible organization for New Years Eve. I ordered the day prior for a 5pm pick up on NYE. Arrived at 5pm to a crowd of people... waiting outside with the staff shouting out order numbers out the door when ready. After not hearing our order number 25 minlater, I went in to directly ask the staff and was told it wasn?t ready yet. Giving them the benefit of the doubt due to a busynight, I went back outside to wait. After another 25 min of waiting I went inside to ask again after still not having our ordernumber called out. It was 50min past our order pick up time and our order still hadn?t been started. I was so disappointed tolearn from the man next to me that he had called to make an order at 5:05pm that evening, was told it would be 30 min, and hisorder was ready at that time and he left with his food?yet id been waiting 50mins for an order I made yesterday which wasn?teven started. Ordered $60 worth of food for delivery. The delivery took almost an hour to arrive. The sweet & sour spare ribs were raw when we... bit into it, the meat was discolored and it had a gross smell. The shrimp pad thai and shrimp shanghai noodles smelt like rawfish when we opened the container; when we looked at the shrimp it was also not cooked. The only thing we tried to eat was theplain fried rice, which had no flavor and hard chunks of undercooked rice. About 10 minutes after eating the rice we all feltsick. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, I told them they could send the driver back to pick up the food and give usback our cash. They refused to rectify the situation at all. They told me my only option was to come and pick up another set ofsweet and sour ribs. When I told them driving wasn't an option they refused to do anything else. I understand times are hard forsmall businesses but I explained multiple times that the food was raw and if we consumed it we would be sick. I asked themmultiple times to find a better solution for us and they refused to do anything. After 30 minutes on the phone I gaveup. Luckily I checked the meat before I fed it to my child otherwise he would have been sick. Horrible service. Uncooked MEAT.Flavorless fried rice. Made us sick. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
