Our family has been using Beamsville for years. We order often. Sometimes directly from them, sometimes on skip. Tonight we... ordered skip and had an awful experience with the girl who answered the phone.(she wouldn't give her name) We placed a 6 piecehaddock order with large fries, and when our food same it was just fish, literally just fish. We called and they said theyforgot to give it to the driver. They literally admit it was their fault. The girl says they can't get our fries to us and thereis nothing she can do. She told us they don't do credits or anything. (And skip said that it's the restaurants problem) We askedfor a contact for the manager and we were told "She's in tomorrow but you can't contact her " This has been a total awfulexperience. The employee was so rude, we called 20 minutes before closing for take-out and the first thing the employee said on the phone... was we close in 20 minutes with attitude. So my husband said so you can't place an order, the employee ended up taking our orderas long as we would be there before 8pm. Which is fine since we are locals, when we arrived the employee was rude to us then andeven turned away a customer 5 minutes before closing and was rude to the customer trying to place an order.
