I'm unsure what happened within the month and a half these guys were open for, but the portions have been cut down quite a bit.... I understand there's food shortages right now, but I shouldn't be paying $20 for a thinned out burrito. Please do better. Edit:Experiences have been better recently, but they are still incredibly inconsistent. One moment you're getting a loaded burrito,the next you're getting an A&W chicken wrap for triple the price. I've enjoyed Burrito Guyz when they opened, ordering weekly. Then everything started going downhill slowly. Missing items,... improperly made burritos. My last order included a quesadilla with almost no cheese and everything fell out. The nachos for somereason came with a fork? I realized they did this because they gave me all the nacho crumbs under the toppings, probably a good90% crumbs and 10% real nacho pieces. So to be fair to this location, I have been going here since it opened. I work in the mall and it is by far one of the freshest... places to get fast-food in the food court, with that being said the food still isn?t considered ?fresh? everything sits out intrays for a couple hours and begins to wilt. Sometimes it is replaced midway throughout the day if supply runs out. The biggestissue I have with this location now, is some of the employees act like they are rationing your food for $13 tacos. These tacoslook pathetic, I wouldn?t pay 5 dollars for these and thats being generous. Yet this is completely dependent on the employee.Sometimes the tacos I get are absolutely loaded and indefinitely worth the money, other times its just sad to even look at. Youcan see the comparison between me and my coworkers tacos in the pictures below. (EDIT: I have returned to this location since myreview, they have recognized me and even agreed that my tacos in the photo were unacceptable. Since then my orders have beenback to being extremely filling. As much as i do still think it was a training issue, i do believe they are trying to bettertheir mistake. I ordered for the first time today and was presently surprised. It was delivered by skip the dishes and arrived quickly. My... order was hot, fresh and delicious. The portions were quite large. We had the wet burrito, barbacoa burrito, pork burrito andthe nachos. All very good. We'll be repeat customers. Read more

When this restaurant opened in the mall, I knew they were going to do well. There?s not a lot of variety in the mall so this... would be a refreshing new option. I have been eating here frequently when they opened and it was absolutely amazing. I havetried most items in their menu from Burritos, Quesadillas to Taco Salad. I loved everything. It wasn?t just the food but thecustomer service from one specific associate that made this experience stellar. I did not get his name but he was only at thislocation temporarily to help train the new staff. It was on my last visit I have been notified that this amazing associate hadreturned back home to London. This is where it went down hill. My final and last order was a Quesadilla. Besides the fact thatit was made so small, he also used his bare hands to handle my food. I was puzzled as he initially had gloves on but then, hetook his gloves off to take the quesadillas from the grill to my container. Shocked at what I saw I had accepted my meal, to bethrown in the garbage and never returned. It?s a shame really that this business that I have absolutely loved become myabsolutely hated. All I can think about is how he used his bare hands to handle my meal. Absolutely disgusting. I had a Lime Chicken burrito. It was quite good. My daughter tried a bean burrito with guac and hot sauce. Overall, great new... addition to the mall. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. We will be back! Read more
I treated my Mom and Dad to burritos and they were excellent! I got to choose the different meat and fresh vegetables that... everyone wanted. I also got a brownie bite and ice cream for desert Staff was friendly and portions were very good. Read more
