Excellent food! Customizable sushi rolls and rice bowls for such a cheap price and a wide selection of drinks. 20$ for a 6 piece... roll, seaweed salad (so good by the way) and a drink. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants sushi on abudget. Read more
i?ve ordered 3 rice bowls from this place . first one i ordered had 2 incredibly small pieces of chicken bone in them , i bit... down on one and it actually slightly chipped one of my teeth , and while upset , i didn?t complain because i recognize that thatkind of thing could be easy to miss if it?s in the chicken itself , although i still can?t figure out how incredibly small (likehalf the size of a rice grain) pieces of bone that presumably chipped off of something would be there in the first place. thesecond one was good ! i only write this review because of the bowl i received today . upon first glance , it looked fine,chicken is always cooked efficiently (thank god) but i immediately noticed the vegetables were undercooked , the broccoli inparticular . i shrugged it off , not seeing this as a huge problem , but as soon as i took my first bite , i was immediately hitwith an unbearably salty taste , one i hadn?t even remotely experiences in my previous bowls . i noticed some of the rice was adarker colour , and i?m hoping that the taste wasn?t soy sauce , as i have celiac disease and consumption of gluten could renderme bed ridden for multiple days . i do recognize that i keep forgetting to exclude the spring roll from my order (i handed it tomy mum and she mentioned that it was awful before i even had brought up my concerns with the bowl), and while contamination isimportant and could harm me , it won?t do nearly the amount of damage pouring soy sauce onto the rice could . i didn?t considerit to be soy sauce at first though , it was so strong that i had assumed someone had literally just sprinkled salt all over thetop of the bowl . because there is a generous amount of rice in the bowl , i figured mixing everything would be the end of myproblems . but it wasn?t . whatever the salty taste originated from had seeped into much of the rice grains at the top of thebowl and wouldn?t mix , so each attempted bite was a 50/50 chance of being fine or incredi Read more
It was horrible, I was already really hungry and I was waiting about 20 minutes and then they gave my food out to the wrong... person and told me to go ask that person to buy me food but they were already gone then she preceded to tell me I was in thewrong for not grabbing my food yet they handed it to them. And they preceded to tell me it?s my problem, on top of that I waslate for school because of this incident. My order was also 20$ and I left with nothing but hunger and anger. Read more
After hearing so many "good things" I decided to try this place out. Literally disappointed beyond expectations. Horribly... rolled, manky end pieces. I had even set up with the expectation that this was my first visit. I was hopeful. Staff was blandand unfriendly. The woman working was uninterested in anything other than getting the customers out the door. When I asked formore than the two packs of Wasabi, I feel like she was poking fun at me for asking for more I didn't think 3 packs for threerolls was to much to ask. Recently I have been making my way around to a few local sushi places and this is on the bottom of thelist. Drive to Sushi Paradise in St Catharines and save yourself. After reading some of the Google reviews it's seems they havebeen going downhill and struggling with excuses for a while. Literally the grocery store sushi at Sobeys is better. It use to be really good but it?s gotten continually worse other the years. They once served us ?Salmon? that was just a grey... slice of something it was grey through and through so it wasn't the skin photo added below. This was taken a bit ago before theyswitched their bowls the smell stinks up the house and the beef tastes super low quality especially for the cost even thebroccoli is undercooked. They skimp on anything "extra" as well. I'm updating this as it also made me sick to my stomach shortlyafter finishing. I wouldn?t recommend anything from here. Read more
Ordered through skip the dishes, got about $80 worth of sushi and wasted almost all of it. Quality was absolutely horrible,... tastes very dry and not freshly made. Was put together very messily. Would Value what we got at 12-15$. Not impressed and willnot be ordering from here again. Read more
As far as fast food sushi goes, this is pretty good. It is fresh, and every roll is made to order. What I really enjoy is the... option to choose your own fillings, which is kinda fun. You can order straight from their website. Delivery is fast andfriendly. Like most sushi options, it is a bit expensive, but not unreasonable in comparison. Read more
I order from here all the time with my family! My Go-To place for years! I always recommend it to my workers, friends, and... family since I enjoy it so much. This place has amazing teriyaki sauce as well. There will always be bad a review (probably froma bad batch), but overall you guys are awesome. I addition, the staff are kind and very reasonable. To the people saying, "thecontainers are too small to dip etc" I always fully dip my rolls in sauce so I'm confused as a customer what they mean?? Keep itup guys???????? Read more
