We so wanted to like this place as your prices are terrific. Took friends out for dinner 3 of us ordered med rare steak, one of... us had lamb chops also ordered med rare. 3 steaks were well done (2 were sent back) lamb chops well done also sent back. Waited about 30 minutes for the meat to come back ...fries and salad long gone. Lamb chops were again well cooked, not med rare,so they were returned again and cancelled. Ordered two brandies after dinner that came in a juice glass. Only consolationwas our server Cathy, she was amazing, and did her best to make it up to us. We will not be back. Read more
I ordered surf&turf and he the smoke house burger.....it tastes better than it looks ... came fast a little cold for our taste... server was amazingly sweet and accommodating all and all I'm happy ... it's Welland..... ???? Read more

Just ordered take out here for the first time ever. While the service was very good and the food was very delicious I'm a... little disappointed at the lack of French fries that came with the meals. Most places pack the fries in with their meals. $54for our family meal, that is quite a lot to ask for such little return on one of the cheapest ingredients. I will come backagain but I will address this before I place my order. Read more
Had an amazing experience. I received my appetizers and beer very quickly, the actual meal came very fast aswell. I expected... everything to be an hour and a half, 2 hour experience but we were literally in and out within the hour. I recieved excellentservice included with this I would recommend this location to anyone and definately would come back. Read more
Wasn’t the greatest. The loaded cheese fries on the left were awful and loaded with sour cream, barley any cheese and super... soggy. Would not recommend, not worth the money. We got the sweet potato fries for extra cost, but really wasn’t worth it. Nospicy dipping sauce for them either. The ribs and chicken fell off the bone. Honestly only good thing about this meal. Thechicken sandwich was meh. You could easily go McDonald’s and get a spicy chicken for a third of the price. What you don’tsee in the photo is shrimp tempura and steak bits. Those were okay, but nothing to write home about. Overall, the only thingworth ordering is the ribs and chicken thigh. Read more
First order I got a burger and Caesar salad. See pics for the disgusting brown lettuce in the salad. Burger was OK. Second order... my son and I both got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. Again the lettuce on the sandwich was brown (no pics that time).The bun seemed stale, the chicken was thinner than a McDonald's pattie, and the fries weren't great either. Never again, sorry.If the person making/serving salads and dressing burgers doesn't realize that brown lettuce is disgusting, then what else arethey doing to their food???? Read more
Absolutely amazing! No words can describe how amazing our experience was here. We had David as our server and he never... disappoints. We had him previously and had the best service to the point that we always make sure he’s working when we comeand get a table in his section. We get greeted within the first two minutes of sitting down and getting orders taken right away.Drinks come out in under a minute and our food orders are always perfect. Never have to wait longer than a half hour to get ourfood plus any extra drinks if they get low. Comes over to the table with a smile and gives 100% focus to his tables. He makessure that all of his tables are aware of last call. Every time we come in and he’s not here, there’s always problems and noone seems to care. When he’s here and we have him, everything is perfect and there’s never a reason for anyone to complain.He needs to hold a training session for the rest of the staff to show them how it’s done!
