Owner is horrible at communication as we spoke on the phone. It is clear he is never at the fast food place to make sure things... are run smooth. Unfortunately this is just another "fast" franchise. This is not spam, it is a real review, from a local who wasvery unhappy with the service, food, environment, and then the owner on the phone. I will not recommend this place to anyone.Like the other review said it tasted as if everything was cooked in old burnt oil. Read more
The service was great and burrito was tasty. The spiciness was no joke.

Good food, but lousy service. Ordered delivery for our store through Google and our food was left outside our door. Only found... out it was here when a customer came in and told us we had a bag of food sitting outside our door. Phoned Quesada to complainabout the delivery service we received and and they would not take any responsibility for their delivery service. Told us weneed to directly complain to the delivery driver (who we did not even see) ourselves. Read more

ordered through skip the dishes, got an email they ran our of pork at 530pm on a wednesday. skip driver just pushed the order... through. quesada wont answer the phone. sad. Read more
I ordered takeout through SkipTheDishes as I was studying at the library. Unfortunately, I was in for a surprise when my BURRITO... BOWL never came with utensils (apparently they expect me to eat this with my hands). I called the store and asked if this wasstandard practice to which they said no and apologized. I subsequently asked if they could do anything to accommodate me and they advised me it was my problem and there was nothing they could do/offer in future. I now have to walk around town trying tofind utensils in order to eat now cold meal. Left my number for the owner requesting a callback, no call was ever received. Read more
Owner is an arrogant, rude piece of work. I made another review mentioning mold and bad food and he immediately called me fake... and said i get paid to write bad reviews. He needs an anger management class and health and safety to do a huge assessment ofhis store. Read more
