3rd Time ive gone in last couple months same employee terribly undercuts bread you ask for footlong maybe get 10inches or 9 max.... I asked for her to re cut a new bread today as it has been bothering me. she seemed very disspleased with that request. Impaying for a footlong not 8inches. I've been here multiple times and it doesn't seem to be managed well. They have two new items. The Smores Cookie and the Harvest... Bread both are chronically undersupplied. I went on 07/26 and I requested both and to no surprise both where not available Forthe cookies the excuse I was given was that it was a supplier issue. I ended up phoning St. Catharines Subway which informed methat they had some but presently they could not order more. I couldn't contact any other welland location as no one seems towant to speak to customers. Overall I think it is bad management. Read more

Most of the time I have had good experiences there. Staff is friendly. However they don't always have all the menu items. For... example they have had several times where they were out of the rotisserie shredded chicken. However other than that, good placeto eat. Read more
My visit on Sunday Nov. 17th 2019 was 9 out of 10. Clean place and friendly staff. Service was quick and efficient. menu was... large and visible easy to understand. The aroma of the baked breads was enticing with all the fixings in open view. Sandwichbaristas wore gloves, Thank you. My sub and my families was perfect. Read more

I've been to this location a few times and they've always been relatively positive. I just ordered through the app for the first... time and I received a burnt sandwich with no meat or cheese. I ordered a steak & cheese, but instead I seemed to have received aveggie sub.
