Didn't have any pot pies, which was disappointing. Very gracious cashier redid my order, didn't charge me for an extra and gave... me m&ms for the trouble. Got home and it was the completely wrong order. Will only dine in from now on. Read more
Ordered takeout/delivery from here a few times. Nice presentation, and tasty chicken. Meets Swiss chalet standards. Yum!!
Ordered through skip the dishes. This is how my mashed potatoes with a side of gravy came? I asked for it on the side not... submerged in the mashed potatoes? Absolutely disgusting. Also forgot our drinks in the order. One of the worst restaurants inwelland. *I?d also like to add customer service clearly doesn?t see an issue with anything!! Apparently it should be skip thedishes problem!!* I?m sorry I?m pretty sure my delivery driver didn?t do this. It would be the unsanitary staff. Seems to be anongoing issue at this location. Service was horrible..got our fries without gravy ..by time gravy got to the table fries were soooo cold. They brought new fries... but put so much salt on them that i felt so sick afterwards. Chicken was a little under cooked. Was not offered ketchup oranything with our dinner. But they asked the tables beside us. It was just such a horrible experience. Food was 20 minutes late and cold. Probably due the cheap styrofoam and thin cardboard packaging. They forgot the green beans,... the salad was a cheap bag salad and had basically gone bad and was turning brown and slimey and the piece of chicken was verysmall. Very disappointed. I visited the Swiss Chalet at Fonthill. I ordered 2 quarters of grilled chicken white meat with Caesar Salad with boiled chicken... (firmly said not grilled and not crispy); the girl expressed her understanding. When I received the order, I got shocked fromthe quality of food. The salad came with grilled chicken which I told not to be, and missing the bread cubes and cheese fromtoppings. Before changing, the customer should be informed and obtained his consent before getting the order to him. It was badexperience and don't recommend for others . Read more
Two years in a row, I ordered the festive dinners at the drive through. Last year they refunded my money and gave me two free... chicken dinners (not the festive dinners I ordered) because they forgot about me for an hour. This year 35 minute wait, friesinstead of mashed, top of a hamburger bun instead of a bun and to top it off, everything was cold. What a disappointment again.Ugh. Read more
