The workers are nice enough, but what is going on that a lot of times it takes almost 30 mins to get through drive-thru! I work... very close by but waste entire breaks just try to get up to get them to take my order, nevermind actually getting it. When I went to the timmies the other to get my regular order, there were two workers who had a bad attitude. Okay I have been holding off on this review for weeks now but today is the day....I have been a daily visitor to this location... for over 3 years now in the beginning I Loved! This location, the staff were amazing, orders made correctly, always a great cupof coffee....Now in the last year there has been a steady decline in both service and quality!!! It has gone from very promptand friendly customer service to an absolute nightmare behind the counter, milling about like they are lost, and just generalconfusion. The orders went from 100% accurate pretty much every single time to it might be right 1 in 3 times and when they areright it's a 15 minutes wait for a single cup of coffee, for example today I ordered a Triple Triple, an ice coffee made aspecific way and a doughnut. it was COMPLETELY wrong the only part of it they managed to get right was the doughnut....Now thisplace would have gotten a lower star rating but there are still a few very friendly and devoted employees that keeps it at a2... This location has an incompetent staff member- her name is Madison. She has dumped an entire coffee inside my vehicle... already(corporate compensated me). Twice since this incident I have visited this location and have had my coffee made by thissame team member. For whatever reason this team member doesn?t do her job properly, she doesn?t even know how to fill a coffeeor put a lid on. This is now the third time I?ve been handed a coffee from MADISON with a loose lid/over-filled. It?sembarrassing, I don?t want to burn my hand and make a mess in my car every time I come to get a coffee. Today, I ordered a 2 Veg Habenaro wraps with a Small Steep tea 3*3 with Chai tea bag. And requested to add extra corn in the... wraps but one of their Senior employees at front counter replied that 'We don't add it or We don't have it'. But at all otherlocations, I get it. I felt it in a bit rude way but she was not actually rude, she was speaking politely to everyone. When Iget the order, I got it without napkins as well as Tea was not even stirred, And one wrap has no corn or any other veggies init, while the other was fully loaded.
