I could see the employees here working SO HARD! Even though there was a drive through lineup I waited 15 mins in (at 1pm on a... sat) they were so friendly with me at the window. We stood in line last night and were just completely ignored. Very bizarre. I?ve worked at tims for several years so I was fine... with waiting as I noticed they were doing the end of night donut count and I know how short staffed they can get. But then thestaff member, presumably the supervisor began having a full on conversation with another customer sitting in the front abouttheir personal lives as we stood there waiting, so we left.
