I could see the employees here working SO HARD! Even though there was a drive through lineup I waited 15 mins in (at 1pm on a... sat) they were so friendly with me at the window. Whether it was corporate or the franchisee whoever designed the new drivethrough did a terrible job. We stood in line last night and were just completely ignored. Very bizarre. I?ve worked at tims for several years so I was fine... with waiting as I noticed they were doing the end of night donut count and I know how short staffed they can get. But then thestaff member, presumably the supervisor began having a full on conversation with another customer sitting in the front abouttheir personal lives as we stood there waiting, so we left. I?ve been to Tim hortons across the country, and this location was a legit experience. Everyone working was happy, greeting... everyone and joking with guests. I?ve never been to a timmies like that, Gina specifically was wonderful. Fantastic if briefexperience. Read more
Coffee was better than Hamilton and 5 cents cheaper - go figure! Bathroom was spotless. Soap and toilet paper was available... without several attempts at asking the staff for assistance. Tables and chairs seem better quality than what I see in other TimHorton's. I am overall impressed. This will be our stop before and after each visit to Welland when we visit our daughter andher boyfriend. Read more
I was stranded at the side of the road between Merrit and Woodlawn on the 406 south. The road inspector took me to the Tim... Hortons after I had been waiting for a tow for 2 and a half hours. Could not understand what they were saying nor understand me. The wait was at least 10 minutes to order then it still wasn't... ready at the window. They move very slow. Would not return to that one. Read more
