I decided to order from Twice the deal tonight. The online process was nice and easy. I placed my order at 4:15. I added a note... in the oder that I would be waiting for the driver at the front door of my building. I saw the driver arrive at a minute to 5.He waited in the parking lot as I waited at the door. After 5 minute, I see him drive away. I waited in the vestibule and I sawthe driver cone back at 5:15. This time, he called. He sated that he had tried to call on his previous trip. There's no way hetried to call. So, I ask if he knew how long my food had been ready. He kept repeating that the order is in a hot bag. I won'tlie, I'm not a happy camper. I had a chicken shawarma pizza and it was absolutely amazing. They made it perfect I love this place if you ask them for light... sauce they give you light sauce they always listen to what you want as the customer. Food was of low quality. The crust was dry and tough, the toppings were scarce and the cheese was lacking. The prices were more... expensive than a chain pizzeria like Pizza Hut. There is a delivery fee which doesn't go to the driver. There is a transactionfee (1.50) for any at the door payment method. The food took an hour to get to my door and the best tasting items were the prepackaged dips and drinks. The only reason I'm giving this a 2 star rating is the accessibility of their site and menu making iteasy to get ripped off. Read more
What a horrible experience! I had to take time to calm down before writing this... Two weeks ago was my daughter's birthday. I... pre-ordered 3 party trays online for delivery. I've done this a few times before on their website, including 9 days before tomake sure it went well ... Well party day comes and no pizza. It's 5 minutes past expected delivery so I call, nothing. I callover 15 times in a 20 minute span and my calls go unanswered. My number was associated with the order. When someone else it waspicked up on the second ring! They said today (August 14) the order system was down. I said it was ordered yesterday and theyshould have it. They kept giving us the run around. We sent my in-laws to pick up the pizza and when they got there they saidthe oven was broken... AS THEY WERE MAKING PIZZA IN IT! My in-laws went to Rose City and got pizzas and saved the party. So Ilearned they were trying to steal my money since they were dodging my calls and they didn't want to give a refund... My fatherin law did eventually get one. They are also liars! They told us the system was down, yet getting there it was fine, and theysaid the ovens were broken... As they were making pizza! Honestly the food is not good (it's cheap) but for the same order RoseCity was only $4 more... Totally worth it! Read more
We always order through the website, the food always comes within the hour and is always hot and fresh. Very good value for your... money! They always put a good amount of toppings and always follow any special instructions! The delivery drivers are alwayskind and professional! My favorite place to order a midnight snack! Today I ordered a 1 topping XL pizza for pick up $9.99. I ordered the pizza as half pepperoni and half cheese. When I looked at... my order receipt I was charged and extra $2.29. When i went into the location to pick up my order the cashier said that it wasan error with the online ordering system and he wouldn?t credit the error.
