Volcanos pizzeria used to always be very generous with their toppings for the pizza and the size of their wings. This is NO... LONGER the case. We just ordered and was very disappointed in our order. The party tray pizza has barely any cheese normushrooms on it! The pepperoni was evident but that?s not saying much. Pizza was tasty but extremely disappointing from what itused to be. Wings were tasty but they looked like they came off a pigeon. I realize prices are up but cutting back to thisextent has just made me look for a new pizzeria to order from. This is the second time this has happened- once might have beena mistake but twice tells me you have changed your loyalty to providing your customers a quality product. Sorry Dustin ! Pizza is really good but the reason for the 3 stars is Volcanoes terrible timing. It closes at 9pm and if they just increased it... to 10 or even 11 their sales would go up by a lot. Read more
I usually order wings here, I love them. Downside, I work late and although they close at 10PM they don?t answer their phone... after 9PM it seems from the last 2 times I tried to call.. so I often have to go elsewhere to get my wings. It would be wise toalways answer the phone when the phone rings within business hours. It only takes 15-20 minutes to make wings. You keep losingmy business by not answering! Update: apparently they now close at 8:30PM according to the rude man that answered the phone at8:25PM when I called.. Read more
We used to be loyal fans to Volcano. The tray pizzas were the best and well made...however, the quality has gone downhill fast.... Not only have the last 2 $50 orders been burnt, the pizza was so hard and dry it wasn't eaten and the veggies were old andcracked. The boss was rude with the employees and training staff. I felt bad for them while picking up my order. Unfortunately,we will not be ordering here anymore. I don't know what has changed but the quality of food and service has suffered. Read more
If I could give them a -1 I would; this is by far the worst pizza I have ever paid for. You can see through the pizza it's so... thin and dry. I called to complain, and the girl on the other end just said, "Oh well thats how we make it". Don't wasteyour money Read more
This location is very old and small. It does not seem very clean the little candy dispensers appeared to be covered in thick... grease and grime. The decor very chaotic and dated. The owner or at least the guy who is always working there is not verysociable and I think it's actually a bit rude how in receptive he is. The soft drink vending machine is very sketchy and doesnot look inviting and appears to have broken keys. The entrance to the bathroom was a turn off and even though i never wentinside I probably would not ever consider it. The pizza was barely mediocre and very oily. Welland does not have a lot of foodto offer and this place disappointed as one of the very few unique non main stream fast food joints. They do have other optionsother than pizza. Great tasting pizza. If your in the area stop in and try it . Next time I?m out this way I will come check it out again
