there is absolutely nowhere to sit in here that is remotely comfortable and changing the hours from opening until 7 to 2 pm... everyday randomly is literally insane. and some days the store will just randomly close at other random times for no reason. ontop of this, mobile order is just randomly closed for no reason as well. sometimes the bathroom is randomly closed and there?sno sign indicating it as well. lots of random reduction in service for zero reason its so unreliable Read more
Why are you blaming a newly hired student employee for not being able to make a training date on short notice. Especially when... the schedule was never communicated clearly ahead of time and the initial onboarding meeting was canceled twice. I would expectthat basic communication skills would be a requirement to hold such a lofty title as store manager of a local Starbucks. Watchyour mouth and your attitude. Read more

Nice location. Service is a bit slow. Ordered ice caramel macchiato where most of the caramel was on the bottom of the cup.
A little noisy, but the staff bent over backwards when I realized I ordered the wrong drink. It has a nice atmosphere and plenty... of seating. Entrances in the front and back to reduce congestion. Read more
