Amazing food and the best gluten free options I’ve seen at a restaurant! I loved the picatta and the rib eye was delicious.

The restaurant has a decent idea of what is going on. They have a nice menu and flavorful options. It is a fun, social... spot. The quality is so-so. The ahi is nothing to write home about. The eggplant fries need to be crispier. The lobstersandwich is worth going here for. Our server stated she is not a fan of the Caesar salad nor the eggplant fries. It is good tobe honest. Our server was about to take their break without dropping our check. They made an excuse saying the bartender (superfake friendly attitude) was going to drop the check. 10 minutes passed while we had boxed our food to go. The bartender wastalking to a friend he hadn't seen in several years. All good, if you don't have patrons waiting to complete their meal. If Icould give 3.5 stars, I would. Read more

Usually The Cottage serves up great food, and the burgers and fries were great, but we ordered the "special app" that they... referred to as "Arancini" on the menu, and I don't know what these are, but they're not arancini. They are a fried rice ball, but there's some mysterious meat inside (chicken? crab? fish? no idea), and they are slathered in a bacon-onion gravy. They areno longer crispy from the fatty gravy they're covered and soaking in, and they are dominantly bacon. We do not eat bacon andcannot get past the smell. We tried cracking one open to see if the center could be scooped out, but with the mystery meat,we're wary of that too. I'm not even sure the coating is breadcrumb. Arancini are supposed to be stuffed with rice and cheese, coated in breadcrumbs, and fried until crispy! They're served with a tomato sauce ... not gravy. I don't what these are otherthan not getting eaten. Rating breakdown: Beef burger - 5 stars. Turkey burger - 5 stars. Fries - 5 stars. Sweet potato fries -4.5 stars (they were a bit thin and floppy). Bread - 5 stars. Arancini - 0 stars. I will not be trying another one of these"specials" ... (Sorry no picture of the turkey burger ... I didn't photograph it before we ate it all. Beef burger wasintentionally ordered without topping and is the perfect medium-rare doneness, as ordered. Fries (both) are heavily eaten ...you get more than that.) Read more

The cottage has a great atmosphere and great service. The menu lacks creativity and variety though. The food is good but nothing... special. I would say it's on par with the likes of a 110 grill with a brighter, more modern atmosphere. Read more

Food: Fries are amazing but the rest of the meals are mediocre. I think it’s overpriced for the overall quality of the meals.... “Couldn’t find the cherries” for the Shirley Temples. Service: Somewhat slow but it was busy today so that may be why. Allservers were very kind. Restaurant: Beautiful restaurant with a very nice theme. Bathrooms are very fancy and smell like a bathand both works which is a plus.I mean it smells gooooooood. Read more

Pretty room, nice service, but just okay food. Had the stuffed avocado with chicken salad, which is just an assembled dish, so... should be easy for the kitchen. The menu described butter lettuce and tomato but the single sad leaf of lettuce and two thinslices of pale, wan tomato really do not deserve mention. The avocado is a large, whole one, halved and filled with tuna orchicken salad. The chicken salad on my plate was a generous helping, but loaded to bursting with mayonnaise. The plate was alsodressed with quinoa salad, a messy addition. Fish tacos were the other entree, looked nice but a tiny portion of tilapia. There's two tacos on the order. The reason only one star is lost is that the staff is pleasant, the room is casually pretty andthe table is well set with handsome dishes and glassware. A soda and the water glasses were refilled promptly, and there's anice little bread basket on the table. Still trying to find the place's better dishes, though, maybe it's the burgers. There'sparking in the shopping center lot, they take reservations, and it's handicapped accessible. Vegetarians and gluten free dinerswould do fine, and there's a full bar. Read more

Great local restaurant where you are always guaranteed a great meal! The ahi tuna nachos were amazing! The short rib fettuccini... was great. I don’t think we have ever had anything that was not something that we would not order again. A great go to placewhen you want a low key easy quick meal. Read more

Such high quality and fresh food! The Cottage never disappoints! I always get the nachos - either regular or ahi tuna! (both... are awesome) Read more
