Well, wish I had read the reviews before going here, YIKES! I could just copy and paste from what others said...I won't waste a... lot of time here since Corp. doesn't seem to care enough to do anything about this, or if it's a Franchisee they obviously don'thave their finger on the pulse of this business. It always seems like these big chains just don't care and feel they can'tfail...well truth is they close all the time. Hope someone gets a clue before this one does. We got nails in our tires from their parking lot- 2 SEPARATE TIMES! Within 1 month, It?s costed us a lot of money and the only... place we had went was this hole in the wall dominos in this rundown nasty old parking lot. We called them 2 times about it andthey were not concerned at all. Avoid the drive thru or curb side if you don?t want to replace your tires! Read more
Good checkout service. Called in order and went to pick up. Large thin crust pepperoni with extra cheese. It was very good.
I pulled up the window and stood around for a big bit while they kept looking at me and not coming to the window. When a young... lady finally did come around she was very rude like we inconvenienced her by picking up our order and when she handed everythingover she closed the window so fast and I needed to purchase a few sauces additionally to my order. These are the most immature people I have ever dealt with. Once I upload these pictures of the disgusting pizza we got I will... contact corporate tomorrow. Our kids were unable to eat dinner, it?s horrible the way we were treated trying to return our pizzaso it was accurate. Every employee there should receive some type of disciplinary action. Read more
Called the store to try to order because I was having problems between the app and the website and they wanted to charge me $4... more just to speak with somebody and place an order.Terrible, no accountability. Had an issue ordering online, clicked breadbowl, it defaulted back to no bread bowl. Order was without a bread bowl. Tried to speak with somebody and they were absolutelyunresponsive every person I talk to in the store just acted like they had no control over anything. Well what happened tocustomer service? They couldn't even connect me with the manager. Extremely disappointed this is the third time I've had issueswith the personnel at the wellford store in South Carolina. Read more
