Worst Taco John's food I have ever had. Sole cheese quesidilla wasn't even cooked all the way so the cheese wasn't melted.... Churro had been sitting so it tasted like grease. Yuck. We stood to be waited on and on of the servers yelled at another one tocome and wait on us. It was a weird place. Read more
Started in the drive thru, decided to go in after waiting in line behind one other car for 10 mins. They had no food left,... according to one of the workers who was talking to the customer in the drive thru. After going in the place, the 2 kids workinginside wouldn't make eye contact with us even though we were standing at the counter, and they weren?t busy making the lack offood there...it was funny if it wasn't so sad. We went here on the way back home to Denver. The guy took our order and was super respectful. We we?re waiting for almost 20... minutes for four items, and when asked for a refund because we were unaware of how long it would take, another guy working cameand rudely said ?I guess i?ll see what I can do, ugh i?ve never had to give a refund.? and rolled his eyes. then proceeded totell another worker that we wanted a refund and to cancel the whole order with a petty attitude. Rarely disappointed at this location. Polite, hard working staff. They're better than the taco bell. Try the super hot sauce!
Great food great service reminded me of my home town Montana at a Taco John's
They were pleasant enough & my food came up fairly quick, but they left an item out of my order. Then when I tried to go in &... get what they missed, the doors were locked because of construction. So I had to wait in line, again, to get what THEY forgot toput in. All the while my other food is getting cold. They need to fix that. You don't make people wait in line for a second timefor your mistake. Read more
Just tried to go through the drive thru and their menu wasn't available and sign said to go to the first window. Sign at the... window said someone would be with us momentarily. Guy came to the window and told us they were closed, and that they just soldout of everything. (Open sign was still on and hours of operation are until 10pm.) We will not be going back here again!
