Very lazy staff. Manager sat us at a filthy table then stared at his phone for over an hour. Food was luke warm and wasn't hot... or fresh. Wasn't asked for refills with obvious empty drinks. It was dead not even busy. Ordered an appetizer that didn't comeout until we were all done eating dinner. I've worked in food for many years and the service was just terrible. The service was terrible and the food was worse. The restaurant was not busy, when we arrived we were 1 of 3 tables there. We... were a party of 10 7 adults 3 kids. Once we received our drinks they were not refilled until we were nearly done wity our meal.We told her we were ready to order so she took our kids orders, left and came back probably 15 minutes later with their food,then we had to ask to place our order. Once she took our order and we got our food my orange chicken was bland and my chickentasted like it was great value frozen chicken from Walmart. Our table had no silverware or napkins so we had to ask for all ofthat too. Once we finished eating we asked for the check and had it split by families (4 families). The waiter brought 1family's check out then walked away and had to be flagged down to be told the rest of us were also ready for the check, then shebrought 1 more check, and had to be told a 3rd time everyone wanted to pay. For the amount of money I spent, I expected better quality food and service. Let alone get the order right. I asked for extra... sauce on my wings and sauce on the side. Well, I got no sauce on the side and I can barely taste the flavor I got. I also askedfor all flats, no all flats and they labeled it flats. Overall very terrible experience. Read more
This is the second BW's we've had an issue with; order extra crispy and extra sauce and they almost didn't put any sauce on the... wings at all.... from now on I'll check my order in front of them and if it's not right, money back... will give them one morechance to make this right. Read more
