Had bad experience with the food, the fish fillet was very greasy and hard the shakes I ordered was syrupy not mixed correctly... so my family tasted a bitter chocolate syrup. With the amount of money I spent and the cost of food these days the food wasn'tgood, I was too far to go back to return the food. The servers was pleasant, but the food wasn't. Rule of thumb check your foodbefore you leave. It's horrible when you have to pay high gas prices to go to a food establishment and pay for the high cost offood. That doesn't equal itself out. Tried to order and the drive through was a robot who couldn't understand anything... Idk if it was the rain or what... But it... just kept saying what would you like... Like the scene from dude where's my car.... Drove up to the window and there wasliterally nobody in the store... Don't waste your time. Update: Wow. Just read some of the reviews and most point to horriblecustomer service... Their fix to horrible customer service is to attempt to replace the horrendous service providers withtechnology. While I respect that choice, you still need to maintain the technology and should still have staff on site. Thebuilding was literally empty. Maybe they were hiding on a smoke break... Read more
I ordered from here a couple if weeks ago and also yesterday and everytime they've given me expired blue cheese.. And when i... asked the second time they said all the blue cheese they had was expired. But they were still selling it... the date on thebottom was literally march of this year. Read more
I use to love checkers. I hadn't been in a while and this visit was a bit disappointing. When we placed the order it was to a... machine. I visited the Wellington, FL store today and got zero words from the employees. Going through the drive thru the cashier said... zero words to be but pointed to move to a parking spot. Then brought my food out and still said nothing to me. Very rude, evenafter I said that k you and have a great day. Will most likely not come here again. Read more
Not only do I critic this establishment as a customer but also as a former Door Dash delivery driver. All of the employees are... disrespectful, rude, no personality. Service is horrible. As a former Door Dash driver had to cancel deliveries twice andevery time I received a delivery alert for this place, I did not accept it. They make you wait for ever, to then tell you theydo have half of what you ordered. You get finally get to the window and they don't greet you, they say "YEAH". To me this isan example of leadership and the individual's who own and run this place. Read more
