I recommend choosing an hour before the intended time of arrival if you will order online. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order... when I arrived. Also, be prepared for short-tempered, rude employees. It?s really not just this chipotle that is going downhill,it seems to be many at this point. What a shame because the food is still very good. How has cooperate not done anything about this place? there?s not ONE time I come here that the place is not a disaster. Always... dirty, always out of something. NO ICE, NO SOFT DRINKS, NO CHIPS? Out of basic stuff ALL THE TIME and they don?t care... Whoruns out of forks? My wife refuses to eat here as she?s afraid of getting food poisoning. went to this location a couple nights ago with my family, wasn't going to write a review but the management needs to know, the... food was very good but the condition of the restaurant was appalling, not one table was cleaned in the entire dining room, nonapkins on the filthy condiment bar, tons of garbage on the ground by the cashier, bathrooms so disguising we didn't even usethem and had to go somewhere else. i know they get busy but that's no excuse not to have an employee keep the dining area cleanand stocked with supplies. Chipotle is going down hill. They are always out of something. They said that they were out of chips and we saw over 20 bags of... chips off to the side. I asked them to please just sell us one bag. The lady said they were all sold and paid for. So we went onthe app, we ordered cheese dip with chips for pick up, and sure enough, it was available for pick up through the app, but notfor walk in customers. Why punish people for leaving their house to come and eat at your establishment? That is poor management. The place has paint chips falling from the wall, all the tables where dirty, there were no napkins, and they were understaffed.This is the 6th time I have come in and they don't have plant based chorizo, it's on the menu but never available. We have been very disappointed with Chipotle over the last few months so we?ve stayed away. This was my first time ordering in... a while. I ordered a salad with chicken but there was barely any lettuce/salad and mostly chicken. In addition, I ordered thefajita veggies and there was none on my salad. Every time I order through the app, the order is never right. It?s frustrating. In addition, the quality of the food has gone way down. The chicken did not taste great. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! We ordered a chicken burrito bowl today and my girlfriend almost chipped her tooth on an ACTUAL SCREW!... LIKE WHAT?! This Chipotle is the absolute WORST! Entered and was happy to see nobody in line? but soon figured out why. I asked for two bowls with white rice, and I was re-asked... twice what base I wanted. Due to a language barrier the meat toppings were wrong but I just went with it. After one bowl wascomplete I asked for extra vegetables on the second bowl however the bin was completely empty. The second food prep employeelooked at me and said ?we?re out.? I asked if they had a back up supply and he asked the guy behind the cook counter whoreplied ?I don?t have anymore right now.? I told him I would wait for more as it was the main part of that meal. After a fewminutes of them working on other items behind the counter, I decided to just cancel the second meal and left with half of what Iwent there for. Won?t be back. Bolay is a block away.
