My friend and I both placed mobile orders and were both missing toppings. I got a mud pie mojo and it had 0 Oreos in it. I filed... a complaint online and the manager emailed me to pretty much say you should of brought it back. Why would I drive all the wayback after picking up? Entered store and noticed all tables and chairs outside were completely dirty. We ordered one medium cup and one small cup it... came to $16 ice cream tasted diluted I believe they're losing their touch. I actually just went here today and it was terrible. The workers were touching the ice cream with no gloves on. My ice cream... came with rainbow sprinkles and they were harder than a rock.
